FunctionX is a consulting company dedicated to assisting you with the improvement of your processes, and ultimately your company. We believe that any process can be improved using the right methodology, data and information. Through years of Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma Training, Project Management, Process Management and Auditing, we have seen too many excellent Ideas, Companies and Processes not reach their full potential.  This was mostly not due to a lack of effort, but to critical drivers/factors not being identified, or being missed in the complexity of our modern world. We work with you to focus on what is important and develop process excellence.

Johan is a IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training Associate and have trained and mentored more than 900 middle and senior managers across 250 companies, spanning all spheres of industry, nationally and internationally, in Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement.

Floris Klinck
Continuous Improvement and Collaborative Planning

Floris is a Civil Engineer, Project Manager, Change Management and Continuous Improvement Specialist. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt he has installed and led Continuous Improvement deployments on infrastructure projects with values in excess of $10BN, both in the UK and in the Middle East.
